*Notes: Thanks to a comment from Andrew Alexis on the Suggestion Form: “This tune is in the Key of G, but it is using the Lydian mode. The Lydian mode is what you get when you start on the 4th of a major scale; it features a sharped 4th. In this case, the lydian mode using the D major scale results in the G Lydian scale.”
