*Notes:  This tune seems to be played in a variety of keys.  The composer, Tania Elizabeth, says she wrote it in A major and the YouTube above is her band playing it in A, but I see references to it being played in C and G (the sheet music above), Bb and F, take your pick. The MP3 audio clip above is played in C.

As to the title, Tania wrote, “The dregs of birch refers to a time when all the Duhks (her band. See the VouTube above) got in a sauna with a promoter friend of ours and we used the last drops of birch essential oil to mix with the water. It smelled amazing.”
