* This sheet music seems a somewhat different version from the tune as we know it and as played in the MP3 above. However, in response to my inquiry, David Kaynor wrote, “To me, the transcribed version plays fairly well with others, thus, for people who learn well from sheet music, it ought to be useful. I think Susan’s departures from it are pretty harmonious with the transcription and similar to my own tendencies. In my opinion, you can leave everything as is, perhaps with the caveat that, as usual, anything transcribed by me must be considered a version-du-jour.”
